How to make the ice-cream

Many people love to enjoy the all kinds of ice-cream. Specially in summer,the high temperature make people feel so whiny. So you will enjoy a sweet,cool, delicious ice-cream in order to make you happy. And the ice-cream will be the perfect food of people.

There are some tips to diy ice-cream.

1. Prepare four eggs (yolk only), two bags of pure milk and two pairs of white sugar.

2. Put sugar and yolk together and whisk them in an egg beater until they are creamy white.

3. Pour the milk into the pot, boil it until it is slightly boiled. Pour the boiled milk slowly into the beaten egg liquid with a spoon and stir it upside down. Be careful not to pour all the milk into the egg liquid at once, so that the eggs will be scalded and caked by the milk.

4. Pour the stirred egg milk back into the pot, boil until slightly boiling, turn off the fire, and pour it into the container to cool.

5. Put the dried milk and eggs in the refrigerator for refrigeration. It's better to stir it every two hours so that there won't be any ice. If there is butter in the house, it can be cut about 1CM and stirred in the egg juice, so that the taste will be more fragrant.
