How does the whistling kettle get rid of limescale?

It is mainly related to water quality. As long as the water temperature exceeds 60°C, especially in the north where the water quality is relatively hard, scale will definitely be produced, and scale will exist in daily kettles and boilers. The solution is to clean it regularly.

1.Baking soda descaling
When boiling water in an aluminum kettle, put a small spoonful of baking soda, boil for a few minutes, and the scale will be removed;
2. vinegar descaling
If there is alkali in the kettle, you can put a few spoons of vinegar in the water. After boiling, the alkali can be removed;
3. Masks prevent scale accumulation
Put a clean mask in the kettle, when boiling water, the scale will be absorbed by the mask;
4. Egg descaling
A pot of boiling water, the scale is hard to remove after a long time. For this, it can be used to boil eggs twice, which will have an ideal effect;
5.Potato peel descaling
After using the aluminum pot or aluminum pot for a period of time, there will be a thin layer of limescale. Put the potato skin in it, add a proper amount of water to boil it, and boil it for about 10 minutes to remove it;
6.Thermal expansion and cold contraction method for descaling
Put the empty kettle on the stove to dry the water in the scale. When you see cracks in the bottom of the kettle or when there is a "bang" at the bottom of the kettle, remove the kettle and quickly fill it with cold water, or wrap the handle and spout with a rag , Hold the kettle with both hands, and quickly sit the boiled kettle in cold water (do not let water pour into the kettle). 7. The kettle boiled sweet potato to prevent scale
Put more than half a kettle of sweet potato in the new kettle, fill it with water, cook the sweet potato, and then boil the water, it will not accumulate scale. After boiling the sweet potato, do not scrub the inner wall of the kettle, otherwise it will lose its anti-scaling effect. For old kettles that already have limescale, after using the above method to boil yam for 1 to 2 times, not only the original limescale will gradually fall off, but also the accumulation of limescale can be prevented.
